Fault Finding/Repairs

	We recommend that call your service provider (BT, C&W, Virgin) in the first instance to have your line tested. Once you have been advised that it is an internal fault, our engineers will come and fix the problem - you will still be liable for charge if fault proves to be an external (network) problem.
